I Pay For A Year Subscription Can I Change The Titles I Receive?

Yes with 3 months notice titles may be changed. Any difference in price will be calculated for the length of the contract remaining and charged or refunded to your account.

How do I find out about new titles?

Visit www.gkm-subs.co.uk for up to date titles and listings available.

I order 12 magazines a month; will I receive only these magazines?

If you expressly wish to receive only the magazines you have ordered, then yes. However, we will send bonus titles each month if you are happy to receive additional magazines at no charge. Completely complimentary.

How do I order magazines?

When will my magazines arrive?

It does depend on the titles you have chosen as not all titles are published at the same time. Generally around the 20th of the month.

Are the magazines new?

Yes, all magazines will be dated in the month you receive or the following month. Deliveries made in February will be February and March issues.

What happens if a magazine I choose closes?

Gold Key Subscriptions will substitute a similar title or you may choose another title to replace it.

When will my order start after making payment?

Your magazine pack should commence with the next dispatch. However, some titles may be substituted on this first delivery if the start date is less than 2 weeks from the payment date.

Will I receive the titles that I have order?

Yes, each month you will receive the titles that you have specifically ordered plus in addition we will send you complimentary copies, which if you wish to order can be added for the remaining period of your contract at the pro-rata rate.

How do I renew?

Can I change the titles at renewal?

Yes, but some titles may take a couple of months to come through. Substitutes will be sent.
